Ha! I was right!Bruno, In comic land, science is whatever the author wants it to be. and splicing moss (where did he get that) is the lamest theory ever. Why not just say: Its Magic!Still I can’t wait to see what comes next.

The facepalm indicates the scientist isn’t getting the point of not having breathable air.

The year’s 3535, and Mars seems to have been colonized for awhile now…I suspect this guy isn’t the first to try this.

Prof….“However there are some side effects…..covert military actions, sudden death, OD’ing on too much O2, headaches (her), nausea, sudden development of mutton chops sideburns, enthusiasm, an erection lasting for more than 4 hours, gynecomastia, excessive female facial hair…..so if you have any of these conditions….stop breathing and see your doctor at once.”

Yeah but those cars had to drag their plane parts around so technically they were planes with the plane parts removed. The ones I remember promised would just lift off and fly, no extra parts needed.THE FUTURE!!!!!!!! Of course we have planes that can parallel park like a car….The Harrier.

High Oxygen causes forest fires — or at least enables them.

Please pardon me being late to the party here. I find that when any sort of logic especially that called science, is too much a focus any story tends to suffer from flow being nearly nonexistent. Yet too much of any sort of handwavium or even unobtanium(insert current buzzword)also detracts from any sense of reality, too. A balance of sorts is best preferred.

Please forgive my lateness to the party. At times whatever logic is being used by an author can inhibit the flow of a story if said author is being too concerned with a real sense of authenticity of any science involved. Though too much reliance of the handwavium of any unobtanium employed also can leave a lot to be desired. A balance of sorts is best preferred to maintain a fluency of readership understanding and not just personal focus.
