Of course Michael does not want to be seen with his Mom and sister, Elizabeth! He’s getting to the age where being seen with parents or younger siblings is "just not done!!! ;)

And he will sit in the back of the bus making rude noises, while she sits in the front row being perfectly cute.

And so something old is made new again thanks to the creepy people who abduct kids from the bus stop.

I wonder if they will show the ones when the kids become teens then adults again?

& will they show April?

Exactly! My daughter was like that yesterday with her first bus trip. We’re driving in today, and she’s very very angry. Her older brother (9) and his friend did much the same thing as Michael, but her sister (7) and friend (6) made it so much fun!

Reminds me of when my daughter started school. I was told I could stand on the porch but no closer and when the bus came, she jumped on and never looked back. I was so hurt until I realized she was growing up and eventually, part of her would grow away from me.

Sorry, Michael, but your friends already know who your sister and mother are. The word will quickly spread that they were with you…

I loved being a “bus stop mom”. There were about 7 of us moms waiting with our kids. I miss those days.

My 11 year old still wants me to come with her everywhere. Still wants me to go on field trips, to school, anything. Love her!
