    @TEMPLO S.U.D.Good point. And a cassette player would be less sensitive to movement, too.

    Actually, as an owner of the device, that looks to be one of those new-fangled CD playin’ Sony Discman. The Walkman played cassettes and was usually more of a rectangle.

    Still have a Walkman in the glove box of my van. Used to go to the beach more often than now. it needs new batteries. It ain’t alone.

    That’s a DiscMan he’s wearing, a Walkman was a cassette player. And real pluggers sing their favorite songs, never mind that electronic junk.

    I have a converter for my Discman that I can put in the cassette player for my ’95 Corolla so there. I can also use it for my I POd Shuffle even !!

    I have a Brunswick phonograph… with a crank on the side!I suppose I could mount some wheels on it so I could push or pull it with me as I “walk”.Eh?
