Please bring up the Asp & Punjab in the conversation……..please.

‘Bout time they got together for a chat!

Asp and Punjab were blown up on the sub when Warbucks was taken captive…about a year ago real time. Atleast, that was the impression given at the time. If they had some how escaped and have been floating around the ocean since then, only time will tell.

BrotherGraywolf - That’s right, and I, for one, have been waiting very patiently for some news about them. Come on Ted, let us know. Are Punjab and Asp OK? How did they escape?

As I recall in another strip a character mamed Mumbles “drowned” (but later returned 4 times) as did another named Pig E, Bank, who somehow did it 5 times.

Unless the bodies were found it’s easy to have them return.

What about the sub commander (Sorry, don’t remember his name.) taken captive the same time Warbucks was? They mentioned him by way of his girlfriend a few months ago, but then nothing.

“Leapin’ Lizards.” I’ve always loved that line.

I thought I remembered that Asp & Punjab were forced to jump overboard before the sub blew up. That would open up lots of possibilities for rescue.

Well it’s about time!

What’s the name of this strip again?

JanCinVV - I don’t remember them jumping over board. I thought they were machine gunned.

Meanwhile, no funeral for our beloved lost Asp and Punjab. Wihtout one, how will they know when to make thir dramatic entrance? Have these people never read Tom Sawyer?
