My next-door neighbors. They have parties that last until 1 AM all summer, and I’m willing to move to Canada the first of July, as they will be shooting off (illegal) fireworks until the sun comes up.
They’re illegal in my city but legal 2 blocks away in a different incorporated city. Boom.
