I really resent that. I was a FedGov worker for 28.5 years. Everyone I worked with and interacted with was honest, not to say that several were not incompetent, but not a one I have ever delt with was corrupt

It’s the Government that is Corrupt, not the Worker.You just have to know which Noun the Adjective is Modifying.
