Tom: Riley, your brother tells me you've taken an interest in the NRA. I find this quite disconcerting. I know movies can make guns look "cool", but believe me, they're dangerous! I've fought my whole life for more gun control... Riley: I'm all for gun control! Tom: Really? But I thought... Riley: I'm gonna use both hands! No doubt!!

One time at an elementary school I once worked in, a kid said to me that he thought it was cool to have a gun. And he thought guns were hip and cool overall. I told him that he may THINK guns are cool, but when you take a gun a kill someone, they’re not coming back! I also told him that you almost always run the risk of having to spend the rest of your life in prison. And also, no matter whether you’re cop or a criminal, the psychological effects of killing someone are devastating! The only ones not affected by it are the actors and actresses in Hollywood. But it’s all good because Riley will learn one way or another.

Where I come from gun control means if it’s in your hand don’t take anyone’s word whether it’s loaded & don’t point at things that you don’t want dead.
