Huey: Man, ever since I got stuck with yard duty, I've been totally out of it. What's been going on in the world? Caesar: Well, there was Gore's big convention speech, which started with him slobbering all over Tipper as millions looked on. Huey: Yuck. Ho was the speech? Caesar: I don't know. I turned the TV off after that. Huey: Hmmm. Well, what else is going on? Caesar: Don't know. I've been too afraid to turn it back on...I think I'm scarred for life.

I enjoy politics. But if you are reading politics, or watching the cable news, and you think you need to do something, stop. Don’t get involved.

It was like watching Kerry start off, “John Kerry, reporting for duty.” Nobody cared how much Al loved his now-divorced wife, Tipper, or how Kerry served in Viet Nam.
