The toll road commission several states said they do not send texts asking for payment of unpaid tolls. Must have been Riley.

At least one toll road organization in Texas may not use texts but they will sue your behind if you run up enough tolls. Some guy had accrued around $1,000 in tolls in less than 4 months and they were on him to pay up or lose more money with big penalties.
