McDaniels was a racist. He appeared at neo-confederate conventions, and is now complaining that blacks were able to vote in the Republican primary, as though that’s unsavory. It was in black people’s best interest to prevent him from continuing his cruel, divisive, destructive career. In a democracy, it is your DUTY to vote against demagogues.
To me that seems a deliberate skewing of what’s shown. The “indecent” thing is the beating of the “snake.” Where did you get that turning out the black vote is the indecent thing??
Well, the republicans are always saying African-Americans should vote republican. When they do that, republicans scream bloody murder. Can’t make some people happy whatever you do.
