Great work on the art! Are we sure our Roy wasn’t actually the model for Richard Dreyfuss’ Roy Neary?…Very recognizable scene. I haven’t watched Close Encounters in ages. Maybe now’s a good time… it’s pretty stormy here this morning and it’s set to continue all day.
Obviously most of this was modeled right on a screen grab- but Rita was done from scratch. And our Roy had to replace the movie’s Roy without too much extra strain on the aliens.
