Uh, Joe, it’s “Cub Scouts”, not “Cubs Scouts”. And I don’t ever remember den mothers wearing uniforms at den meetings. Maybe at pack meetings…
And are you German? If not, what’s with capitalizing all your nouns?
As a former Cub Scout (not Cubs Scout, that’s someone who recruits new talent for the Chicago NL outfield), I will attest that very few Den Mothers have official uniforms – I’ve only seen Cub Scout uniforms on Scouts, Den leaders, and Pack leaders of the male persuasion.

Cub Scout might be treated as a proper noun. Den mother is probably not. Why would standard American English grammar be capitalized?
