I would dig the stegosaurus tail. As for the shark tail, make it one of a thresher shark; it’s quite long like a whip.

My favorite is the dragon tale.

While it’s not generally regarded as a ferocious killer like the others, you might just be able to talk her into a peacock tail. And then once you’ve got your foot in the door….

Jason should stick to caps, then she could have a different tail for each mood she was in.

A couple of those are doable, but would require some hairspray and wire to pull off. (Or being an anime character.)

I vote for the rattlesnake tail. It’s relatively easy and doesn’t look too obvious out of context.
