I told the CEO (the biggest offender) mine had to do with how they requested things from me. “Oh, I’ll have to tell Renee [her admin], since she does it for me.” “THAT’S JUST IT! If you have time to tell Renee what you want, you have time to tell me. Save’s Renee’s time, and if I have any questions about it I can ask them right away.”
