I love this! almost as much as when Tigger (from Pooh Corner) put on a table cloth cape, a big wide brimmed hat and called himself “the Masked Affender”!
None of the attorneys in the state will touch the case for less than $5,000 retainer since it’s not a slam dunk, and I don’t have $5K. I have a case filed with the WERC, so I’m hoping they can settle it for something reasonable. The hearing on the matter was last December. I was told they would make a decision by March. It’s now August, and I’m still waiting. I contacted the admin law judge in May, he had 5 cases before my, 3 involving suicide (I’m not sure why he felt the need to divulge that), and it might be some time before I hear back. The dissolution of the state unions seems to have given carte blanc to managers to fire people who disagree with them, or who they don’t like, for spurious reasons and get away with it in most cases.

I wonder if he does assassinations. I’ve got a former boss that completely destroyed my ability to find a job.

You might want to charge on a sliding scale, Lio. Some wrongs require more than 4 bits worth of work to right.
