^ Joe says it all. Present day news does not report news at all. It is a “Soap Opera” unto itself. Where is the truth, anymore…or any kind of balance?

Remember what you said, Garfield, when Jon said he was doing nothing? If you’re good at it, you don’t have to point it out?

Pacejv - you have to figure out the truth for yerself….the “journalists” do NOT learn their trade any more, nor do they care to….

Rise, as a former journalist, I have to say that you are absolutely correct. There is only one network whose news department reports as they should, facts and no opinion. The opinion is reserved for its editorial programming where it should be. It is the one our Fearless Leader hates so much.

Travis, I worked as a reporter and editor, too, but you got a lot to learn about unbiased. Fox merely matches your bias. It only seems O doesn’t favor them since they got such favored treatment for 8 years previous…But they do spend a lot more time on news than other nets who are concerned with story. Fox just does the Paul Harvey and works their view into the story…NO network, paper or Mag is ever unbiased. You should have learned that in Journalism 101.

Funny how a couple of simple letters on a banner can change our perspective on a person (or a cat).

As it is, the banner is a little egotistical, but gets its point across. Add the letters “T” and “S” to the banner, and Garfield would come across as being pretty silly.

I read the cartoon and thought one thing, until I read the comments, which somehow became political. If I combine the two concepts, I come up with the question, so does this mean Garfield was born in Kenya? Nobody else is THAT self important. Not even Garfield.

Everyone should wear a ME button, fly a ME flag, live a ME life! Live your own life, pursue your own goals, achieve your own happiness, and leave everyone else free to do the same. That’s what liberty means.

Of course, if you believe in the opposite moral principle that you should live your life to benefit others, you’ll disagree, but you’ll never be able to live up to your own ideal. The resulting guilt will gnaw at you forever. That’s what creates socialists.

    I’m with the Cat.

People suffer because your selfishness. These past 2 years have ruined lots of people because the greediness of American capitalists. I wish it just happend to american only not to people all over the world.
