She’s never spent the night away, but Mom knows it’s easy fir a kid to get board, living way out in the sticks like that… she pines for friends.Dad may say no, but his bark is worse than his bite….if Mom says it’s OK, he’ll let the little one branch out a bit.

They’re only a splinter group and she’ll sleep like a log.

There will be limbo dancing in the moonlight under the swingset. One will lumber through and one will be limber lumber.

They’ll have to stay up all night – no sawing wood there.

It’ll be great. They’re having a bonfire.

The acting in this one is terrible…I’ve never seen such wooden performances..

An hour later she was still waiting for an answer. That’s when she realized her mother wasn’t deciduous. Which is another reason she can’t go to a slumber party. Her kind become dormant for months.
