Well…. unless Burl was 25 at his high school graduation…. which is possible.
He’s not impressed by Barb’s grandson, cos, after all, he, too, skipped a grade. That is, he skipped so many days in his Junior year he got no credits, and had to repeat it….That’s obviously the only kind of school skipping he understands.
Heck check for stains every time they get up.Burl is so stupid. Maybe the grandson will be a Dr at the retirement home they are forced to live in, and show Dale what SMART is.Yup it’s a good thing they don’t need math, why figure out things like reunions and anniversaries, and such important dates. All they have to do is ask a smarter person. Heck even Verl may not know when they got their GED…
AND they plan to grow redwoods from seeds at whatever age we can assume them to be (hardly more likely than me thinking of such a thing).
The current house I have an eye on has a 5-burner gas range as well as double electric oven but also has mature peach and almond as well as citrus trees. I figure it will be snapped up before I get an offer on mine.
