You're making a New years resolution in September?
yep.
For us kids, September is the real "new Year"
Ive submitted numerous letters to the school district proposing a yellow bus parade.
I thought everyday yellow school buses always lined up for a parade. Especially two day before school starts when drivers are learning the route for the children in neighborhood they pick up.
Lassie1: We are in a corner house and every school day at 3:25, here comes the bus parade, turning at our corner. Strange there isn’t one in the morning.
It is a new year. New clothes. New classes. Even the weather has changed. You can smell the leaves changing colour. Its a wonderful time of year. September that is…. cold dead of winter, dark snowy afternoons…. not as much.
rphbeta: There is a simpler explanation: In the mornings, they arrive at slightly different times from different directions. In the afternoon, they are traveling by our house in convoy with police escort, from the elementary and junior high schools to the high school for final pick-up and dispersal.

I have to agree with Dexter on yesterday’s “birth planet” comment.Maybe she’s from planet “Rose is Rose”.

@Lassie1What made you think she could not find you. Did your small car look like a yellow bus?

And the school board rejected the suggestion because they all came from an individual so obviously it was considered a prank.
