That Gus! Just a sentimental fool.

Even when you want to quit, you don’t want to quit…..Life is funny that way…..

Oh the inhumanity the last opportunity to make a profit ruined by insufficient stock intentionally designed to prevent waste when the restaurant closed. It brings a tear to my eye too…from laughter.

I volunteer at a soup kitchen on a regular basis and have run out of the entree on a couple occasions. That’s why I always check the walk-in cooler for someone else’s leftovers I can use as a Plan B. I believe that soup kitchens should never have to say “Sorry, we ran out.”

They never talk about the new owner. May not sell after all?

Maybe going to close to make way for a new bank or Walgreens….

Condos? Walgreens? NopeBK is going to open up the south with a new Tim Horton’s on Gus’s old site!

Misguided by lack of understanding of the United States Constitution, again. If they make a profit, pay taxes, are licensed and follow Federal and State Laws and ordinances, they have no right to discriminate against Race, Creed or Gender.

Where do you consistently get all your misinformation? There was no discrimination. They never refused to serve anyone for race, creed, gender, or anything else. Nor did they have such hiring policies. What they did was state their opinion and donate to what they believe in, as any of us have the right to do in this country. We don’t all have the same beliefs, but the “tolerant” left always wants to destroy anyone who doesn’t believe as they think we all should. Learn the difference between tolerance and discrimination. They never discriminated, but because of the intolerance of others toward their right to their own opinion, they no longer can financially support their own beliefs. But you can still finance your beliefs, because this is a free country, right?
