Well for once we have a Frog Applause installment where there’s an actual joke that the uninitiated can recognize as a joke, in the conventional sense of the word.

How long have you been following FA, Flight Suit? Yes, this is probably a rare joke strip, but there have been others.

BTW, can anyone claim to have visited every Frog Applause in the archive?

I can.

I suppose for some FA Haters being forced to read through the FA archives is a little like being forced to listen to the music on the Guantanamo Torture Playlist.

For the record, I am a Frog Lover.

ejcapulet. Blogs are blocked in China?! I did not know that. I’m sorry for you. The Frog Blog has become (at least for me) an extension of Teresa’s comic strip. You must be puzzled about many of the comments here because several of us comment on both the blog and strip simultaneously.

Jeez, Kenny, ain’t you got no couth? I’m trying to talk romance stuff here, NOT baseball. See what you did? You drove her to the bottle! (Lasorda IS sorta like a god, though, ain’t he? I have a small vial of sweat from Tommy, and it’s made a lot of sick people better - just look up “Lasorda Sweat” in Wikipedia.)

(BTW, people, I’ve noticed a lot of you here at FA are sort of weird, not normal as I am, so thought I would mention Kenny Bristow’s “Mad Mouse”. If you like really great B&W art, and strange mice, and a weird dad with a lesbian daughter with a “Queer As Folk” tramp stamp you-know-where, give Mad Mouse a try. Fair warning - these are NOT Walt Disney’s cute little mice singing “♪♫Cinderellie, Cinderellie,♪♫”.)
