I can’t recall ever being bored on summer vacation when I was in those going to school years.

I was his age in the late 50j’s….. there was no reason to stay inside.

I agree – when we weren’t tied to the TV, we went on bike rides, swam, walked (walked!) to the library and spent the rest of the day sprawled on the bed with a book, helped hang out the wash, built forts…

Perhaps I am a bit old but, how does one “be ironic?”

I did my ironing yesterday – does that make me ironic? I know it was boring!

I didn’t see a question to be rhetorical to.As far as being bored, I’m too easily amused to be bored.
