wow due to being busy and losing net for a bit i lost track of this story back right after Ollie hired the robots, and just spent the better part of the night catching up.. fun ride so far but one thing… since when did this strip go all Fed and Law and Order on us… when is dear Annie going to get herself mixed up in it all?

But we all KNOW they will show up at some point in time.

Hey, the artist has to inject drama with appearance too since he’s got limited bubbles for dialogue.

Shuter looks ominous too, and he’s a good guy. Sometimes the artist plays the characers to type and sometimes against type, but you need a few dark characters for drama.

Fearless Fosdick here looks like Robert Mitchum without a shave in “His Kind of Woman” which also took place down Mexico way.

I thought Asp and Punjab were just going to surf into shore for a newspaper.

Asp and Punjab will return when we least expect it. So will Santiago. I’d like to find out what happened to the “dolphin driver” who piloted Warbucks’ private sub and was captured with Warbucks. We did find out that when Annie was in Alaska he was the beau of that gal Annie was visiting, and that gal was wondering where he was.
