I have always favored winter. i can always put on more clothes, but people tend to become upset with me during the summer.

When I was 5 or 6, I complained about how hot that summer was. My older brother, who was 9, said, “Yeah, and in the winter you’ll complain about how cold it is!” I’ve NEVER complained about hot or cold since. Personally, now I prefer hot to cold, which is funny, because my boss is a skier and prefers cold to hot.

    Deborah? Perhaps?

Yes! We called her “Debby” until she asked us to stop (at age 3). She goes exclusively by “Deborah” since then. She’s 11 now.

Here in Michigan we have an unofficial motto about the weather ’Don’t like the weather? Wait for it it will change in a minute.’

Some people don’t know we have a change of seasons in Vegas… I’ve actually seen it snow a few times in my 44 years here… Only stuck to the ground twice.

I prefer moderate temperatures, for me that’s anywhere from freezing to mid 70’s. Below freezing and snow aggravate me and weather that is too hot also bothers me.

I sat in the cafeteria one lunch and watched the weather go from rain to sleet, to snow, the plows come out and then back to sleet, to rain and then sunny in 75 minutes. Somewhere in the middle of this was thunder. By the time I left work, my motorcycle was dry.

Never been to Winnipeg. They have a shiny new museum that just opened this weekend. But I have heard (and seen in weather forecasts) – the temperatures can range from -50 C in winter to +50 C in summer. I hope they have happy mediums between those temps
