Dean: Heart, I just asked the teacher...our book report has to be on a chapter book. Heart: Well, that's ok, I have this "frozen" chapter book--- Dean: and it can't be based on a cartoon, movie, or tv show. Heart: Dang. This teacher's onto all my angles! Dean: It's like she's an evil genius.

But “Frozen” was barely based upon Danish fairy tale “The Snow Queen” by Hans Christian Andersen.

Its as if the teacher had been there and done that and is passing on the torment that she experienced from her teacher. Evil, pure evil.

I used to wonder how they could say “Frozen” is based on “The Snow Queen” when they have practically nothing at all in common (except for being cold). Then I saw a program on TV about the movie where they explained that the whole movie was completely re-written to fit the song “Let It Go”. The song wasn’t right for the original story for the movie, but the song was so good, they changed the whole movie just for that song. Smart move! The original was closer to the story it was supposed to be based on: Elsa was originally going to be a villain.

If I had children, they would NEVER be allowed to see Disney. Horrible influence, horrible stereotypes. Drains all the imagination away from play.
