I think at his point in life he should get up whenever he darn well feels like it. It’s not like he has a job to go to. My parents go to bed and get up whenever they want. :)
Not sure why he has to get up this early if he needs help doing so (as opposed to someone who just naturally gets up that early). We sleep to around 11 am and go to bed around 3 am unless there is something going on that we need to get up earlier.
No coffee here for either of us or Sanka. And no, the smell of it is not good.
We change the clocks (or else the TV shows are on at the wrong times) but I stay on standard time (winter time) as that is what is correct not daylight savings time, which is unnatural and unneeded.
