It actually does make it harder for your heart to pump blood when you lie on your left side. It is, hence, relatively better and medically advisable to sleep on your right side. :) Also, this is part of the wisdom of Prophetic medicine. Muslims believe the same as the Prophet Peace be upon him used to sleep on his right side mostly.
Anything to do with something like this always makes me shudder.Because I once had a dream that I coughed my heart up.I don’t know how I knew what a heart looked like when I was four.
