Pretty good strip today. That said, I hope the Mirror is actively searching for a replacement for Goldsmith and Garnett, as their good ones are too few and far between.

@Number SixIs that Flo’s Mum in the last panel? This one gave me much more of a laugh than “Andy” did today. I remember a Don Martin cartoon where a man walks up to a house that has a big “For Sale” sign on the old oak tree. He pays off the owner, picks up the TREE and walks off with it!

Gweedo – It’s legal here !!! – Murray said, about 15 hours ago

The back of my hands chapped horribly in winter when I was a kid. It was painful ! Dad got me the Cornhusker’s lotion for it. Even though New York state is wet, like where you are, winter can get very dry and add some wind to it…-That record and the film of the same name came out in ‘84. -We wouldn’t want to see you looking like the Sea Hag !…up close and under low light. -I am working day and night to come in on time and under budget !I thought as much ! I don’t have avatars on me all the time either.Do I look like a bank !? -I don’t think he quite fits the country mold. Not sure what to call him exactly except the little bit he got on the radio, with that one song, kinda made him a novelty act of a sort, but not extreme as Weird Al or Ray Stevens.Got a little linky dink of my own.-Today (Saturday) I woke up to some serious frost on the grass and my garden. If you spent more than 2 minutes in the sun would you smoke and fizzle away to nothing ? -Sunny and pleasant today. We got all the rafters on and may be putting down some roof panels tomorrow. -May your Sun day be not…_____________________________________________________

Sorry to hear that. Everytime it is Winter and there is a breeze, I always think my face is going to freeze up. It puts colour in my cheeks though (I think) Do you happen to like rosy cheeks, Gweedo?-Thanks for the Wikipedia article! It came out 10 years before I made my apprearance. The 80’s were an awesome era.-I think by the time I’m 21, My hair will be past my butt. I had long hair as a child. It’s always been a part of me but I liked it when it was shoulder length as well. -You’re working day and night? Are you getting any sleep at all or will it be ‘worth’ the lack of sleep once it’s all finished? -That version of “You’ve Lost That Loving Feeling” was quite good but I think I preferred the link I posted. So you had A Touch of Frost did you? (David Jason played Del Boy in Only Fools & Horses)-Yes. Most likely. It’s actually been sunny today but chilly.-May your Sun Day carry on being…

@BuggerlugsI notice in today’s Pogo entry that Albert has 7 different names: Ugbert, Sam, Miguel, Otho, Waldo, Hilary. and Herman. ;-)

It amuses me that Andy and Flo both use the word “loan,” knowing that the likelihood Andy will repay is slim. Even when he is flush with a rare betting win or has his dole money, the thought of repaying Flo seldom crosses his mind, despite her reminders.
