All heart. Take half of the church’s bake sale cake, and downgrade Marlene and Dale to hamburger. Seems about right. And Burl wonders why no one wants to do anything for him. Methinks the only event he could draw a quorum for is his own funeral, and that to make sure he’s gone!
More whinging and whining from good ol’ Burl. Of course nobody raked his leaves, since they all know if he hadn’t been sick he’d’ve borrowed somebody’s leaf blower and whoooooshed ‘em all over into his next door neighbours’ yards. Chances are he still will. Hmmmmm. Maybe they’d’ve been better off if they HAD raked his leaves for ’im!
Well boo-hoo-hoo, Burl. SoooooBOO-HOO-HOO…..hey, yer on the mend, and the leaves didn’t leave for nobody!! They’re still waitin’ for ya, so: HAVE AT IT, maybe make some big piles of ‘em to jump ’n play, even, y’know get LOST in ‘em just in time for that great Halloween story that goes: "…..and his ilk or whatever was NEEEEVVVVEEEEER seen around those parts again…BUT!!……..each October, listen to the eerie mournful winds moan through the dying leaves on the creepy trees, AND you’ll swear you can hear……….."

Oat will be back soon. Just had a lot going on, switching jobs again and finding time to draw, also was working on some art projects for a couple clients. Don’t worry, I won’t leave Oat out there to fend for himself, he has a couple more adventures before he makes it back home. Also, I am going to be focusing a little bit on my newest character Dark Wing, he is going to get his band back together for a reunion tour.
Thank you for following, I am sorry to have left it hanging for a while, but I will be drawing more Oat soon. At the moment I am on one more logo.
