Yeah, I was thinking about that too….They’re middle school age-ish….
If those are Tony’s own words in the blurb to the right (and who knows) it’s “just before little girls discover boys and appropriate social skills.”
That’s way too young for boys with real cars and way too old for the ones “driving” pedal cars…
That reminds me…@rshive from yesterday….yeah, your math is correct…but …if Grandma was already 18 in ‘72, when KISS was young, she’d have been 28 in ‘82, and at least in her early 30’s by the time she was into Metallica and the solo Ozzie.
That’s why I asked whether Metallica had any 35 year-old fans.If not, she’s that much younger than 60 now…though she looks so old lady-ish.
Actually, though, while Agnes may have a few things wrong, I put most of the temporal disparities down to cartoon physics, which has an important principle, declaring that all time is elastic and disorderly.
I know a cute guy with a car: a blue-eyed two year old with a two seat-er electric car that works great when Grampa (a good buddy-friend of mine) remembers to plug it in correctly.
Rshive…. like I know the dates for all these bands?
That’s what Google is for! LOL
I’m unfamiliar with “Jersey Boys”…. My rock ‘n roll days pretty much started with Buddy Holly, when I was about Agnes’ age…then American Bandstand ….the Beatles, the Stones, Traffic, on through Bowie, Elvis Costello, the Ramones, Devo…, even punk…Missed out on most of the bands that started in the 80’s…no “hair” bands, metal, etc.Wow, I’m old…
QuietStorm…if you’re not a fan already, you might really enjoy and/or relate to “Stone Soup” here on Gocomics.

My mother once told me pretty much the same thing; I didn’t dare ask her who else I might be, but I had pretty much the same question.
