I guess the mailman didn’t think it was cute.
Not funny….owner’s responsibility.
Not only his responsibility but he will have to pick up all mail (and possibly his neighbors will too) at the Post Office. And ifBumper bites the letter carrier most insurances won’t pay the costs. I delivered mail for 20 years.
