beef hook for burgers is a little bit narrower than the steak hook so that the burger doesn’t fall apart when hooked. steak hook needs to be larger to handle the greater weight. just don’t use monofilament fishing line to attach the hooks to the planes.
I once saw a sign at the university of Georgia that said

.. I didn’t know there was a variety of cow that wasn’t made of beef ! I’d like to see some Pork cattle some time .
gillbill the sign was probably meant to differentiate between beef and dairy cattle but i like the idea of pork cattle. just as long as it isn’t tofu cattle. the idea of veggie burgers and veggie hotdogs just seems somehow
