Last time I went to give blood, earlier this year, I was on time for my appointment with no others waiting. I left after forty- five minutes because all six nurses decided to go to lunch at the same time, leaving me to wait even longer. It was a twenty-five mile drive for me to get there….and never an apology from the Red Cross people that were on sight!
