Hi Carl and Logan – The previous January 7 1906 page appeared, so far as my research has shown, only in the Paris edition of the New York Herald, later to become the International Herald Tribune. Today’s entry appeared in the U.S. papers. Nearly 100 years later (October 17, 2005) Little Nemo retuned to the International Herald Tribune in a full-color feature celebrating strip’s centennial with a review of the first Sunday Press volume.

“Receive” misspelled in panel 6. This surprises me a great deal. I guess I thought typos were a new invention.

What does “Alternate Page” mean? Last installment and this both have Jan 07, 06 as pub date.
