Frazz: Running in the dark makes me wish I were swimming butterfly.
Miss Plainwell: Really? Why?
Frazz: Because no one could see me.
Miss Plainwell: That is seriously flawed logic.
Frazz: You want flawed, you should see my butterfly.
Pouring rain here, we had sense enough to cancel our bike ride. Unfortunately, I don’t belong to a pool. It would be interesting, since I don’t have full rane of motion in my left shoulder. I’d probably end up swimming in circles.
I’m not sure why anyone would attempt the butterfly unless you were planning to actually compete with that stroke. Frazz just needs to get across the pool/lake as fast as he can in a tri.
The glowing patches on the running clothes reminded me of a cyclist. I was riding my 750 very fast, in the dark, rounded a curve and there was this bright orange & flashing red object dead ahead. It was a cyclist in the slow lane with God knows how many reflectors and one very bright red flasher. Startled me to no end but that rider would never be missed in the dark. :-)

Yeah – my butterfly has as bad hook to it and looks silly also.

Maybe we shouldn’t see your fly, Frazz.

If you don’t learn ‘fly by about age 10 save yourself a lot of embarrassment and don’t attempt

I was hoping gocomics would install an “ignore poster” feature… Then I realized I can just do it on my own. No need to engage the passionately bitter.
Very nice artwork.

The camp nurse pulled me from the Butterfly stroke race because she thought I was drowning… but that’s just the Butterfly…
