Mr. Burke: Lower Lower Hover Hover OOFAH! Boy: You just sat down like an old person, Mr. Burke! Mr. Burke: I'll bet I did! Every four weeks, my long run ramps up to a little longer. And I am feeling yesterday's. Boy: Tell me again what about running is worth doing the butt hover one day a month? Miss Plainwell: Putting off the day you do it the rest of your life.
I run (jog actually) because it helps me feel better when I AM NOT jogging, but more because as a grey-haired old guy, it is nice to be able to do so, and is unexpected.
