I made a beautiful chocolate fudge cake with raspberry filling and dark chocolate icing last night. I am taking it to my fellowship luncheon today for a friend’s birthday. Frosting a cake is so much sticky fun. And you get to lick your fingers when you are done. I plan to pick up some fresh raspberries on the way over there this morning to put on top.
It’s only 51 right now, a bit cooler than it has been. We’ll see.
