Anyone knows true mirror reverse is upside down and left to right, like letterpress type. Back in the days of typewriters and carbon paper, the secretary put the carbon in backwards and handed me the memo as usual. I saw it was upside down and turned it, only to discover what it was. I turned it back upside down and started reading it out loud at the usual speed. “You’re reading it!” “Isn’t that why you gave it to me?” I then had to explain that type is set upside down from left to right and so naturally I learned to read it that way. That sort of practical joke doesn’t work on me; who knows what arcane knowledge I have.
