I’ve actually lived in Winterburn Alberta where this comic is from and can honestly say that winter is closer to 8 months long. I have pictures of myself washing the car surrounded by snowbanks on Victoria Day weekend (that’s approximately May 20th for you none Canadians) and have watched CFL football games being played as it snows in September.
