My Snooper grew up as an outdoor cat, but she never had to deal with snow (we are in Southern Calif. a couple of miles from the water). Even so, after she adopted me she learned the benefits of being indoors after sundown every night — a nice warm bed, food readily available, and a nice dry litterbox.
Oh je, Schnee! Snow – oh no! Hope it will take time til snow is here in my area – although it is cold enough and the air smells like snow. I do not like snow so much neither do my two cats. They are familiar being outdoors – but: snow is snow and snow is cold and home is home and home is cozy!
@MargeYes, I know where Cobourg is, although I’ve never visited it. Our travel is limited as neither Paul nor I drive any more due to a) health issues and b) we can’t afford to keep a car on the road.
I hope everyone had a terrific Thanksgiving. I did simply because I got to see and play with my grandkids. They have grown soooo much and are so good, and good looking too. They have manners and everything!! Dinner was terrific and all I contributed were a couple of pies and deviled eggs, and my special chocolate torte. The grands even cleaned up after so we could all relax and visit. I admit it, I sat in a rocker by the fireplace and ended up asleep in it – lol – at least I was asleep until the football game turned against my son’s team.Hope you didnt get crushed in any of the black friday events!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with all the kids and grandkids (first time in years). Last nite went to Son-in-Law’s restaurant t and he comped the meal (the best kind), and I didn’t realize how much I missed it all! Grandkids even brought Twinkle the Bunny and Granddoggie had never met a bunny and didn’t know what to do. So she finally decided to ignore it. (since we wouldn’t let her play with it!)Its good to be back with my friends here at TCs!

We got about 2 inches of snow in Western WA last night. Big surprise the forecasters were right! Kitties don’t go out in it but it’s like catnip to our dogs! They lose their minds out in it.
MARGE, I suspect in a SHORT while, you can view the movie on YouTube or Hulu. Since everything in the CYBERAGE seems to go world wide, you should be able to find it. I meant to watch it tonight, but real life entered, so I too will have to HUNT IT DOWN so to speak, LOL!
