    One of lifes biggest disappointments to a kid: listening the all the school closings and realizing your school is not mentioned.

    When I was a kid in the 50s, it was waiting for the fire whistle to sound “Wah-wah-wah! Wah-wah-wah! Wah-wah-wah!” (333 being the no-school code).

    We hardly have any snow days in N. Texas, either, except last year, with that stupid “Siberian Vortex”. I was in England. Where it didn’t snow. At all. All year. So annoying.
