Phoebe: EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Mom: I thin she noticed it snowed.
Dad: Maybe if we put the school closings on the radio, she';; pause and take a breath.
It is strange to think that it has been more than a half century since I reacted that way to waking up and seeing snow on the ground (I’m 61). By the way, FIRST!!!
We hardly have any snow days in N. Texas, either, except last year, with that stupid “Siberian Vortex”. I was in England. Where it didn’t snow. At all. All year. So annoying.

When I was a kid in the 50s, it was waiting for the fire whistle to sound “Wah-wah-wah! Wah-wah-wah! Wah-wah-wah!” (333 being the no-school code).

I remember being excited every time it snowed, when I was that age. Now, I positively HATE it!
