Around here the local deputies will give ANYONE a ride home no questions asked between 10pm and 2:30am. Yes that includes underage. Better to arrive alive than worry about cops giving them a ticket. Deputies aren’t even getting paid. These are the deputies that would otherwise be off for the night. They do it so that hopefully no has to die, innocent or otherwise.
