Time machines don't make sense. Why not? Step in the machine, press a button, go to a different time. Suppose it works like that. What happens if you put one machine inside another and have the after one go back while the inner one goes forward. You end up with two devices, one of which is supposed to be in the other but which can't be because it's not at the same time. Well, okay, what if the outer machine creates its own internal time while it's traveling? Then, the inner machine only travels an internal time. Stupid. Suppose you put a person in each of those machines. The outer person doesn't age while he goes back in time, and the inner person doesn't age going forward. Then the inner one gets out. Now they're from different times and travel different ways, but now share space, time, and age. If that's the Hrkkg Damnit. They always have an aneurysm before I hit the really weird stuff.

Weird.This strip originally ran on March 7th, 2018. But, I’ve seen it twice in 2015, today, and again on July 19th. Time Travel DOES work!

It probably doesn’t work that way anyway.Time travel does make sense.We did that one day, long ago in the future.

Future Galactic Citizens are even now looking back on us with amusement. Through the advanced viewing capabilities of GooglePlex, they can see everything everybody does in the Past. Not much else gets done in the Future. Tastes even then tend toward salacious subjects. Don’t tell anybody I told you this…

If you put the TARDIS inside itself and send the outer TARDIS back in time and the inner TARDIS forward, you’d have a pair o’ Docs.

Of course there is time travel, where do you think people came from? The people of the future traveled back in time to the demise of the dinosaurs to begin the human race. ;-)

Time travel is easy….. It doesn’t involve science, it just needs you to take your inner self out of your body and into the illusion that we call existence.
