Um…I don’t have the “Y” chromosome and I LOVE muscle cars. Give me a fast car over shopping any day. My 2nd car (a Chevelle) had a 400 big block (one of the few made—most had a 396) and manual transmission. Hill jumping in that thing was awesome :-)
I understand “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives” uses a ‘67 Camaro, although there’s word on the street that the ’67 was replaced by a ’68 in recent years. But IIRC, Guy keeps making references to the ’67 in various shows, including some of recent vintage.
I’m partial to the Firebirds myself. We have been rebuilding a 68 convertible for the past 15 years. It runs and drives (hubby drove it home for winter storage) and the top works, but we are lacking the interior.
