I went to Winners – once. Never again. At least Army & Navy is clean, organized, and any odors there may be won’t cause you to gag. Here, Army & Navy is in the worse part of town. Winners is right downtown, on a “high-end” street. I expect stores to be clean and organized so you can find what you want – no matter whether they are high end expensive or thrift store second or third hand-me downs. Winners could take a few lessons from thrift stores. Didn’t realize that was a rant. OK. Rant over. sorry.

Being on a budget does not mean you avoid the high end stores. They’re fun to wander through. But maybe go to the low end store first.
