    I’m surprised that some “do good” organization hasn’t tried to do something about the signs that say…Slow Children Ahead….if you interpret it that way….

    Depending on where you live, yes. I remember driving past a hill that overlooked the highway we were on. Two kids were throwing large rocks down on passing cars. One barely missed the hood of our car. Dangerous indeed. And intentional.
