It’s like when one of my daughters says, “When I was little…” Of course, when I say that, my husband pipes up, “You still are!” (I’m only 5’ tall.)

This strip wraps up the first ever week of Peanuts strips from October 1950.

Why watch for children? They have mom to tell them the time.

I just cannot get over the colorization of this great work. It saps the charm almost completely out if it. Leave it in B+W, please!

Color it or not, it still is a great comic.

I’m surprised that some “do good” organization hasn’t tried to do something about the signs that say…Slow Children Ahead….if you interpret it that way….

I remember the black and white strips, I like both versions!

Depending on where you live, yes. I remember driving past a hill that overlooked the highway we were on. Two kids were throwing large rocks down on passing cars. One barely missed the hood of our car. Dangerous indeed. And intentional.

It was nice to see that they grew up and got jobs. " Slow Men at Work"
