It’s sad, but this actually happens. We actually, really and truly, do send our garbage to places like India. Because we don’t want to live near trash heaps. But apparently we don’t care if other people do. :-/

I love Cartoonworld where things like this can happen! This was just plain funny today!

I will learn to hold off on drinking coffee until AFTER I read about Poncho’s latest exploits….

Not India either, since it has no snow-topped mountains visible from port cities.I’m thinking perhaps Turkey, either Istanbul (near Uludağ — Turkish for Great Mountain) or Antalya (near Mount Davraz).The main building looks more like a mosque to me, with minarets next to its onion dome, than anything. But, Turkish minarets are more spiky, as in Istanbul’s logo (click for webpage with larger image)

so, that’s probably wrong too.Of course, I may be overanalyzing this. ;-)

@Stelbel, I agree! Cartoon World is a fun place, but even that would be boring if Poncho behaved all the time. Can’t wait to see where this goes. And I was thinking either Istanbul or Morocco.

Panel one…once again great view of plumber’s crack. And I had misfortune of witnessing same in baking section of Stop N Shop this morning…was SO tempted to put something there.

I think it’s Istanbul (not Constantinople).
