It should be ADCOMAMPFOPACFLTSUBCOM if you takethe first 3 or 3 letters of each word.

Either you compress the syllables, or you counted poorly. I think of “WWW” as having 9 syllables, and the unabridged military title has 23. At any rate, even if an abbreviation takes more time to say, it doesn’t take more time to type.
