The Demeter Fragrance Library sells perfumes and odors such as dirt, frozen pond, paint, lobster, earthworm and funeral home! The computer giant IBM, founded in 1911, once made meat slicers and coffee grinders. In November 2014, a 91-year-old grandmother from a town in eastern Poland, awoke in a morgue complaining of feeling cold- 11 hours after a doctor declared her dead!

As I recall, Clippard began as a company making coils for radios. The realized that air cylinders could make the work easier, but no one made cylinders small enough to be useful to them. So, they designed and built air cylinders for their own use. But, with miniaturation(?) gaining popularity, others began to request their miniature air cylinders. Eventually, management said the heck with radio coils, we’ll make air cylinders!
