Oh, please, don’t remind me!! Fish oil pills are GHASTLY. I think I am still traumatised by the one and only time I was foolish enough to attempt ingestion of a substance that should be banned for its negative effects on mental health, notwithstanding its supposedly positive effects on the body. Gabby and Michael: run!!!

I was around 5 when I thought I would chew my cod liver capsule. First and most definitely the last time. I think I can still taste it in the back of my throat. agghhhh.
